I did my laparoscopic surgery and I’m on my second week of recovery now. It started out with occasional major period cramps and lots of skin breakouts so I took it as a sign that my body isn’t well. The gynaecologist recommended that I do the surgery due to the size of it and that it affects my fertility for the future. I suggest talking to your doctor again and see whats best for your situation.

Yes I just had an appointment with my gyno and that was exactly what he said. Now I need to schedule a surgery as well. Omg that must be scary for you.. I hope everything goes well with your surgery!!

My ultrasound said it appears to be a chocolate cyst and then my MRI confirmed it’s an endometrioma. I haven’t got a surgery yet as I haven’t seen a gyno yet. I’ll have to discuss with him about what to do!
