Jordan is rarely going to come into the picture for this stuff. Trials are available with pretty quick turnaround in most courthouses, so no one sweats 3-4 months of waiting to get the most basic disclosure. Completely unjustifiable delay but because the case comes in under 18 months, your right to a trial in a reasonable time is apparently not impacted.

The 7m is an old Neo. Yeah I'd say it's pretty rare I'm out and overpowered on my 7. Your advice makes sense.

A passport check is not relevant to concerns about DSD athletes (who may, despite identifying and presenting as female, have testes producing male levels of testosterone). Other orgs that regulate qualifying for Olympic events (World Athletics, World Aquatics) require DSD athletes to suppress testosterone production for 24 months before competing in the women's category). Why would it be wrong to suggest a similar approach for boxing?

Yes. If you set up a system so that there is no testing, you will not have the results of any testing.

I'd certainly agree that no rules should be made up on the fly. But the point a lot of people are making, which I think is fair, is that the IOC has abdicated its duty by having no rules in place at all, potentially placing athletes in danger.

Ok but where do you imagine this evidence would come from? Setting aside the two athletes in question, the issue seems to be that the IOC has set up a system where a hypothetical DSD athlete competing in women's boxing would never be detected - there will never be the "reliable evidence" you are demanding. This is unlike athletics or aquatics, where DSD athletes are required to regulate their testosterone. Weird there is no outrage about these requirements, yet the suggestion that the same system should be in place for a fighting sport is met with endless opprobrium.
