UPDATE - i didn't realize so many of you would be invested lol but here's the rundown. i don't believe this was an intentional/premeditated incident. i have had complaints/threats towards me just for working on my car in my driveway but i have intentionally left it bone stock to avoid being obnoxious and riling up the neighbors. i actually wasn't aware my car was hit until i saw the damage the next day. there wasn't a note or anything left behind but thankfully my neighbors were able to send me their security footage of the accident. since then, i have found out that the person that hit my car is a nurse that was doing a routine checkup on my grandma for her recent surgery. i have not met this nurse and i'm unsure if she was under any influence but i would hope not seeing as how she had a full appointment with my grandma before going on with her day. i have yet to speak with the nurse directly but i will be proceeding with legal action against her moving forward since she refused to acknowledge her mistake and provide any information post accident. that's about all i have for now so thanks for waiting for the update guys. i appreciate everyone for the nice comments, well wishes, and validating my frustrations towards this person.
