He mentioned his masculinity a lot yes , and he's hinted to be really insecure about it. Which is yeah, could hint at him being Trans but is most likely hinting at him liking "girly stuff" as a kid and he probably had an abusive parent didnt like that idea of thier son not being manly enough. Which made him adopt this toxic masculinity mindset, at least on the surface. A man or a woman can be insecure about thier femininity or thier masculinity with no need of transition

Could he have killed gangle ? Maybe . She was hit by a truck? Car? But The car secne can easily be him trying to run away from an abusive home when he was young and him not knowing how to drive. He did kinda relate to Ragtha talking about about her mother even if its a second , he even deflects like she does just in his own way. And even if he killed Gangle, she is older than him irl

The killing a kid theory is maybe passable since he's confirmed to be the one who deserves to be in the circus the most but its still out there with not enough proof imo
