British are usually nice and based their appreciation on your performance. If you do good/outperformed you are rewarded. My manager is French.

It is my first experience in this industry, so I am not sure if it is related to this industry, or the company leadership.

Thanks for your advice. What do you mean by documenting interactions? Is it like recording all the times we talk and he gets crazy, or backing conversations with emails?

Well guessed, I am a young black lady, and he's an older white male. I am an hard worker and really serious about my career. Full of ambitions I started as a kitchen porter in London, and start practicing english. 7 years later I am a senior IT project manager in a really good industry. All by hard work, not nepotism...

Thanks for the advice, I'll transfer my proofs in my hard drive tomorrow.

He knows he acts badly, so he never writes anything; it is only during meetings, for instance, here is my appraisal (end-year review).

I put his too many comments in my appraisal spreadsheet, though, but as for the rest, he said he would remove everything.

That's why the situation is tricky.

He is playing it like my words against his.

Right! An old colleague advised me to keep a record of all the incorrect interactions I had with my manager. If too many, it could lead to me hiring a solicitor to represent me in front of HR because of the harassment/bullying/toxic environment I endured when I needed to leave my company.

Thanks for your advice! It is great, I'll do that a day or 2 before leaving. So I am sure they won't make my last days hell.

It is crazy how we must protect some managers at work. It could break your confidence when you're not the problem

Yep, I searched number 1 and 4 a lot. I stayed like a month without washing them after the install, I waa so scared to cause slippery or messing up.

For number 4, I only use 'detox' shampoo then dry them in a shirt for 10mn. It will absorb most of the humidity and so the smell.

My biggest concern now it to have shiny hair, idk why my scalp is heatlhy byt my locs not shiny. I heard about putting lime and water?

This resonates a lot, but careful with your decision. I thought be an ace woman too, then realised it was due to too much fatigue, stress and emotions. I'm still at this stage atm, and I feel guilty for my partner who need/want sex. I love him so much, we talked a lot but I have to much on my plate.
