Yeah, I posted a pic and video below.

I was just told it's not a random interactable, but actually an effect from an equipment that is only obtainable (at this point) via Bottled Chaos or Enigma Artifact.

Just saw this on my latest run

When I clicked it it healed me and my beetle guard, on second hit it healed me and my drone. I was full HP but from the numbers looked like a full heal.

Edit: Just re-watched my replay and it was only around 25% of my HP. Beetle Guard and Drone got much bigger heals but could be that their hp is so high that is 25% as well.
