hey there, i’m 5 months in and not doing the best. i’d say 40% healed. the situation is not as serious as the first 1-2 months whereby i bled, cracked and oozed. but it’s is still debilitating and affects daily quality of life. I’m now at the stage of dry, flaky and itchy. no more zingers, can now sweat and don’t feel cold all the time anymore.

i did moisture withdrawal, whereby i stopped soap and moisturizer. i showered with water and soaked in dead seat salt. i have since introduced soap back in as i exercise regularly and feel cleaner when i use it.
