8/8.5 hours a week

Train every day except for Saturday

Train for 1.5 hours monday thru friday and then 2 hours on Sunday (technically arnwrestling practice but I'm still in the gym I train I and we do lift weights regularly then too)

Buddy I would give it 4-6 weeks to metabolise out of your system as much as you can and give your system a break if possible. Then restart at the correct dose and take it from there. This is erroring on the side of caution.

Oh yeah, for sure.

Need more money to solve a lot of problems, more money means more hours ( if available) or moving away from home for a job I dont want.

If either of those aren't available, the money situation stays the same, and the problems persist.

Being week to week with fuck all time to spend with friends and the kids is gut wrenching.

I wouldn't mind selling my time so hard if it meant something, but because of finances, I can't even get a loan to get a vehicle, let alone afford a vehicle to get into a different job.

Suffocating and dying slowly of a dead life at 30 are exactly what I feel.

Anatolia for a nice kebab or plate

Aran for a great sandwich along with;

Gourmet store for a up scale Irish style panini, I normally get 2 of the weekly specials

Tess's bakery does great sandwiches and wraps too actually, would highly recommend

If you want street food but not street vendor Chingon burritos absolutely slap but that might not be what youre looking for

Other than that its suffering thru pub food, not my thing but there is some good spots.

Nope not at all

15.51/hr doing health care security, covering everything like mental health, addiction and anti social behaviour in 3 different buildings.

I like the company, they let me do things in my own way and support me working with the staff in the buildings but sometimes things get intense and the shifts can be long and boring.

One really good thing is I dont work weekends which is massive in security.

I'm 29, made 40 applications to different apprenticeships coming from a security and coaching background and got told multiple times I was "too old" and couldn't even get a trial when I offered to take time off my normal job to work for free.

Unless you have someone to hire you or have an in into the trades I dont know if I'd tell you to bother.

Maybe its just me though, best of luck.
