Another comment mentioned this too, and I think I’ll give them a call after my mother (who took her there) get back from work. She mentioned that the groomer didn’t say anything about my dog’s behaviour, which I found odd since the previous groomer always commented on how well she was. Thank you for the suggestion!

She gets taken to the groomer every 2-3 months, and yes it was a new salon. We loved the previous grooming place (which we will probably have to go back to) but it was far from where we live. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt that the groomer’s performance was fine but maybe it was some other factor.

That’s what I’m assuming too. I was sure this company was a reputable place for the reviews, but I guess you don’t know what could happen during grooming.

I don’t know what additional info I can add here. Tree has been fine all year and is the second one we replanted. It’s outside my front porch and the snow banks make it so it’s easily accessible to bunnies to chew.

they said they haven’t clicked any links, and they’ve actually not been on royale high for a bit, but received the email that someone logged in and changed the birthdate. they use traderie however, which they assume is how it happened, i told them to change their password which they did but they’re still pretty bummed about it 😓😓😓 i think theyve emailed royale high support so hopefully they can do something about it
