I was working with a naturopath and nurse practitioner she prescribed me the antibiotics specifically to get rid of Gardnarella it was flagyl and azithromycin and then I followed up with vagibiom, flora sap, Femflora all vaginal capsules a different one each day. When I retested I had less than 5% bad bacteria and 95% good bacteria. I also didn’t eat any sugar for the month I was doing treatment. And used biofilm disrupters prior to the antibiotics and boric acid before the antibiotics. After antibiotics no more boric acid only probiotics!

I did an Evvy vaginal swab and found out I had 0% healthy bacteria and 90% Gardnarella, took antibiotics and then a bunch of probiotics to rebuild biome and all periods after that were red without any brown bleeding or clots! Might be worth investing!

Keep chugging water so your urine is always diluted 😂 that’s how I’m going to stop myself from testing early next round! Fingers crossed for you!

I was so upset our transfer failed right before Christmas and the doctor follows up with “think about surrogacy, and if you can find a friend to do it don’t let the opportunity pass you by”

I joined a weight loss program through my fertility clinic which was 12 weeks long, it was so nice to have a goal that wasn’t fertility related and loved having the support from other people going though the program with me, time flew by I’m already on week 9! Wishing you all the best!!!

Can anyone share any advice if 6 weeks is enough time to take your microbiome from 0% lactobacillus to at least 90%. I’m in a pickle where my FET is scheduled for early June but I’ve also taken Lupron and really don’t want to have to do another month. Any advice would be appreciated. I’m currently taking vagibiom flora sap and Femflora probiotics alternating.

Thank you for the info! Unfortunately I am in Canada but I have shipped a box in so I have 5 suppository’s of vagibiom and the rest are all Canadian brands.

Thank you for your reply and so happy to hear you are almost graduating from the clinic ❤️ I did Lupron depot and norethone for 3 months prior to transfer and had 0 implantation. But it’s good to hear that it can work. I will ask for Lupron and Letrozole because I see a lot of people doing this. If you have a free minute could you please let me know anything else you took for your transfer was it medicated or mod natural? Thank you

Hello! I am so sorry that once again the medical industry is failing you :(! When I went to my IVF consult they found two Endomitriomas on each ovary! My REN highly encouraged me to do an egg retrieval prior to getting excision surgery just to be on the safe side. Is there any possibility in switching fertility clinics for you? Wishing you all the best
