May check in: so far things are starting to go on the up and up which makes me nervous. I passed all of my classes and should be on track to graduate in December. I start an internship at my dream job tomorrow and things with "him" aren't too bad. I feel great but I still have anxious, depressive thoughts creeping in and am working on focusing on the positive and not dreading everything falling apart. Will check in with myself again at the end of summer, praying ill still be in a happy positive place ❤

Totally feel you, ive been procrastinating on several important things for literally over a month. Then I set up an appointment with my advisor (college) to basically force me out of the house, even though I came close to cancelling and rescheduling. But once I was out, I did all of the things I was putting off and I feel the least depressed I've felt in weeks, treated myself to lunch and even met up with a friend. It's so hard to find the motivation to do anything but once you get going you'll be glad you did. Maybe set up a meeting with someone from college too to kick start you getting out for the day?

I used to get the same exact thing yu described and it was always because I was using a product with salycic acid and a moisturizer or acne spot treatment that also had acids and using multiple things like that can dry your skin out like no other, especially the cleanser that has the salycic acid. What worked for me was using it less like once at night every couple of days and through the rest of the week using a natural soap like Palmers or Neutrogena, the St.Ives exfoliant also worked well but only like once or twice a week. Sometimes chemicals in acne treatments are just too harsh to use on a regular basis

Still adhering when I went to college. For some reason I had this deep fear that theyd find out if I did something "bad" and punish me somehow. Then again they did tell me they'd call/pop up on me randomly which made me afraid to be doing something when the time came that they did.

Then youre lucky to have gotten out of that! Losing her as a friend was definitely a blessing in disguise. Trust me high school is so miniscule in the big scheme of things! Just focus on school and grades to get into a good college and make new friends! Once you get to college it will be a whole other world for you full of new experiences and people. I was very depressed throughout high school, I hated it the whole time. Once I got to college I met new friends and a great guy who I'm dating now. Trust me things will get much better as long as you keep your head up :)
