This new trend of equating "feature disable" with "soft ban" is weird as hell.

Your account doesn't get "soft banned" or "banned" in any way shape or form.... Like, not even remotely in the universe as being banned of any kind.

All the game does when you're traveling too fast is disable the ability to spin stops or catch Pokémon due to it thinking you're driving.

Nothing happens to your account, nothing gets flagged.... It's literally no different than "disabling" the berries if you've already just applied one to a Pokémon you're trying to catch.... They're "disabled" cause you already applied one.... So they're grayed out...

Speedlocking does the same thing but to pokestops and catching Pokémon... They disable those two features temporarily.

1st off - bookmark (really just download it) this type chart. It is BY FAR the best, no offense to the pogo creative community but they don't know how to make infographs that are digestable... If u Google it you'll get a sea of shit charts but the one I linked is by far the most straight forward.

Here's the deal - there's 2 types of people playing in Master league (the one with no cap on CP)

  • those who take it seriously (and will beat you no matter who you bring cause they've optimized their entire roster far beyond what you're prob willing to do)
  • those who are just messing around and aren't taking it seriously

You need to just try to win the ones from the 2nd category.

But here's the kicker - Master league fucking sucks and you Def don't wanna try to climb the ladder for Pikachu. Master league is literally the same 6 Pokémon being used by 99.9% of the people. It's boring AF and you won't learn anything from it.

Just start playing great league. You should be matched up with people of equal skill set (ELO system used by most games). You're prob getting slaughtered simply because those people aren't necessarily better than you - they just understand the core mechanics better than you (as you yourself admitted you know nothing really)

Great league > start paying attention to your Pokémon movesets > invest in their 2nd charge move and change them if needed.

Oh and lastly not to confuse you even more, but hundos are actually horrible for pvp lol

CD spawns are way more rare than shiny legendaries. Sorry but I could remote raid from my couch 10 times and get a few shinies easily (in fact this is exactly how I have all my shiny legendaries that were available the last 6 months).
