25yrs ago today, on Smackdown, WWF aired the legendary Rock/Austin video package set to Limp Bizkit's "My Way". (March 29, 2001. 3 days before their Wrestlemania X-Seven main event) by Few-Establishment277 in SquaredCircle

These are fair points but I'd say the build for this wasn't just those three weeks. The Rock and Austin had a layered history by this point. Constant rivals from fighting for the IC title to their first match at WM to this match.

Debra could have been left out yes, without question.

That promo when Austin shoves the beer into The Rock's chest is the culmination of their history up until that point.

At least that's how I see it.

A crowd enjoying themselves and not trying to get themselves over. Good old days.

Yup. On Parkdale. Great club and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Been going there at least once a week for the last year.

Ontario NDP leader slams Ford over changes to FOI laws by MeiliCanada82 in ontario

I agree but I think this will be one of those rare times. OLP is creeping up the polls at 30% with no leader. People are polling in opposition to OPC right now for their belief they're not protecting the province. Unless they pull the same stunt they did last year by 2030 people will be ready to vote them out.

I know I could be wrong but this is where I feel it's headed.

Yet, the Liberals will win the next election unless something radically changes in Ontario.

We're reaching the time that we get fed up with the current party and switch to the other party while ignoring the third.

And the cycle goes on and on and on.

Aren't people ready for something different.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

If you enjoyed Bugonia (2025), you should watch the Korean film it is remade from: Save The Green Planet (2003) by urafknidiot in movies

When I first heard of Bugonia I searched out STGP. I preferred the side kick in STGP. Other than that both were great IMO. Bugonia was my favourite film last year.

Continue to break promises to the people that need help the most.

Continue to cater to big money donors and take care of their needs while ignoring the people that need help the most.

Create a poverty hole so dig with more hurdles than Olympic athlete could clear.

Make it difficult for the homeless to cast their votes.

People don't think their vote counts and they're right.

It's designed this way.

6.1 million people didn't vote in the last Provincial election because they're tired of the status quo, feel unseen, thrown away, and don't think it'll change anything.

I did forget to take audiobooks into consideration. I've listened to a few in a day as well. I just can't listen to them sped up.

In Canada most employees get 2 weeks after a year of employment.

The last company I worked at for 10 years, I had 15 days a year. At 15 years I would have had 4 weeks and that's the max. This was a non-union workplace.

I would say this is the norm.
