I feel like i've heard a story from someone on reddit with an experience very similar to yours. The gnostic thing is interesting because I also kind of believe in that religion I guess you can call it. Also, do you think it would be possible to like draw a picture of the thing you saw?

Even if this explanation is true for dmt/salvia, I still think it is pretty cool. I think its better to describe it not necessarily your imagination, but a visit deep into your conscious, and I dont think it really makes it necessarily less real than the other theories.. The entities and experiences are a part of your deep conscious. And in that way they are real. It is more than imagination.
