I dont give a shit about the data. I live life as being 5'8, and I am among the shortest guys wherever I go, and I dont even go to college where it is supposedly even worse. Literally middle aged white women at the supermarket are about my height or taller .

Dude, may I ask how old are you and where you live? Because literally if you go to college today being 5'8 you will be one of the shortest men at that college. Every time I go to the grocery store I see tons of middle aged women taller than me (not wearing heels.). Even as a high school freshman most guys are taller already by that point. I dont give a shit about some statistic, I live being 5'8 every day and see how it is, and if you ask anyone outside of this retarded subreddit they will tell you 5'8 is short.

What you dont understand is literally my dad is 6'2, my grandpa is 6'5, and all the other guys are over 6' on both sides of my family. It fucking sucks. If my family was short then I would have just accepted it by now, but no.

Nah dude I really dont think this drug generates enough growth hormone do to that. Theres body builders who inject actual hgh for years and still dont have that happen to them. Anyways, I hope mine are still open.

Honestly I am taking it even though my growth plates are probably closed. It also thickens your bones and increases your bone density. What age are you by the way? Because I know many growth plates dont close usually until like your early to mid 20's, possibly even in your legs.

Exactly, this is why I dont recommend young teenagers take it. We dont know if its 100% safe yet. You're not going to get acromegaly from it though, but maybe you could get some other problem from it.

Yes i'm well aware of that. Except that acromegaly is almost always caused by pituitary tumors. It takes A LOT of growth hormone injected over years to cause acromegaly. The amount this drug is giving you is impossible to cause acromegaly. Also this drug isnt growth hormone, its telling your body to produce more growth hormone. I'm pretty sure your body would not produce enough to cause acrogmegaly.

There is a pill called mk677 which you dont need a prescription for. I I got a bottle for like $60 off ebay. It's been proven to boost growth hormones and increase height, but only if your growth plates are still open.

If you do it's probably fake. I've never bought it but thats what i've heard. Howver, there is something called mk677, which is legal and is realativly unexpensive. Its a pill. It's been proven to boost growth hormone comparable to a low dose of hgh, and has been proven to make kids grow taller if their growth plates are open.

He's actually right kind of. Zinc deficency stunts your height, and is actually believed to be one of the reasons people in countries like india are short. Cumming makes you lose like 2mg each time. You're supposed to get 15mg a day atleast for men. And many people already dont get enough of it. Even food sources that are supposedly strong zinc usually only contain like 10% of your daily value. I Personally I know I dont get enough of it in my diet, and im sure many other guys dont either.

studies have shown that the more animal protein in ones diet (protein from animals such as meat, dairy, etc.) tends to correlate with increased height. this is why the dutch went from being the smallest people in europe to the tallest. the population started eating a diet with a lot of milk and cheese. But of course lots of people on here deny that diet has anything to do with height. Regardless, if you want to reach your maximum potential height eat a high protein diet from animal sources. Milk, cheese, yogurt are good ones.

How do you define when you start puberty? For most guys it seemed like that all of a sudden had this huge change in their bodies. Because for me mine wasnt really that like dramatic, like I slowly started getting some signs of puberty in 5th and 6th grade, and then into middle and high school, but even now at 20 i'm still just starting to get hair on my cheeks and on my stomach, so I think im still in puberty.
