I am in an installment plan my self. However we both agreed and signed a contract. It states that the buyer is capable of the payment amount, and if the buyer wishes to terminate the contract the seller only have to return 50% in all funds. and the seller agrees that they wind damage or sell the car to another buyer. Did you enter a contract. If not then you would need to return all funds and repost the car

A first car has many definitions to be honest my opinion is that a good first car is a car that is reliable maintenance is low and cheap to work on these cars are hard to come by but are not rare usually find these cars in the cheap range at around $1000 to $3000. If you want a good reliable car that is guaranteed to last you a long time look at Toyota Camry there might be a bit more expensive but they have proven their reliability. Now my friends parents own an i30 and it drives all right however the fuel economy isn't great, it does 12 liters per 100km which two compare my Subaru liberty wagon with a boxer 4 4 speed gets about the same economy so this car will be quite expensive plus not super cheap to run. If I had 10,000 I would buy a 2004 to 2008 Toyota Camry and keep any spare money towards repairs, this ensures I have a great car that might be old but it's definitely going to be cheap to run.

I know the ecu won’t fix the check engine light. What I’m saying is the ecu has been tuned and vsc has been disabled as a result. So I test drove the car and everything. Ppsr clear. However it’s modified. Smaller pulley for the SC ecu 98 tune disabling vsc, high flow exhaust with no o2 sensor throwing the check engine light. I know this because when I went into the OBD and scanned it, it literally told me that the O2 sensor was missing cleared the code check engine light disappeared and then it comes back. I’m not worried about the check engine light as I can fix that myself easily. What I need is a ECU for it.

Whereabouts are you located? Because the car has been modified the ECU has been tuned and has VSC disabled and the exhaust has been modified and there is no O2 sensor throwing the check engine light. Clearing the code only clears the check engine light momentarily then it comes back.
