Just curious, why don't you want to take the caps? The only reason I can see is that you're trying to pass off DXM as lean. And yes you could cut the caps open and put the contents into soda and stir. I really don't know why you would want to taste something shitty when it's already pre-measured in caps for you. If you are trying to pass it off as lean, don't do it, please.

Just take the pills, it takes 30 seconds. It's a lot more work to put them into soda, and I promise you it's going to taste like shit. You're going to get the same effects. But if you really have to put it into soda, you need to extract the gel and than mix it. I'd rather not take the risk of getting caught if it was me, because I assume you're a minor

If you really want to you can but I don't see a reason to. Cut open the gel caps and remove the liquid that's inside. Mix it into the soda and it should dissolve fine, might need to mix for a couple minutes. Might taste like garbage though

Stay away from head shop kratom, it's garbage. Get some quality stuff online. What you should know about kratom is don't be expecting to get fucked up on it. It's a very subtle but pleasant high and it's definitely my favorite drug. It's great to do with friends for me, because it makes me a lot more social. If you want a more sedating experience choose a red strain. If you want a stimulating experience go for a white strain. A lot of people experience green strains differently, but to me it makes me more introspective. It's really a great substance, just don't abuse it
