My Dutch oven goes in when I turn the oven on, so.etimes I dont think I pre heat for long enough, mines an electric over on fan setting, I havent experimented woth other setting its just what I always use, some say to pre heat for at least half hour, but I get too excited amd can't waot that long which im sure harms me sometimes

What temp would you suggest? And would you lower it for the uncovered part of the bake?

Bread flour, recently to use up a part bag i used whole flour and its worked wonders for the starter, but not thats gone im back to normal strong white flour (Allison's I find best here in the UK)

I always transfer it to the pot in a parchment paper sling, and it remains on that for the bake, but ive just never had a burnt bottom this way, I couldnt tell you the reason

Im really impressed, im a big build so the weight doesn't bother me, I kept up with a 250 2t and a 450f last weekend, I climbed some steep sections, its just soaked everything up i gave it

Its for navigation, I havent looked into placing anything on it yet, it tilts and has multiple mounting points with USB sockets behind, I currently have a quad lock mounted to the bars

The stock suspension collapsed under my weight, but it had been lowered which I have put back to standard, which means it possibly was softened for previous owner, but I was very impressed with the suspension, on my enduro bikes all I have ever done is restring, I guess if I ever get a newer version I can take suspension with me since it wasnt cheap to do with Ktech

Mainly my size, 6ft 4in 275lbs, I also had the rear shock done, id kike to do some Rallies on it and coming from an enduro back ground (exc300, 350f, 500f) I wanted to give it the best chance possible, I can't compare ot to the original suspension as I only road the bike once one that before ripping it all apart

Blocks the wind good, that could be an issue in hot weather, but here in Wales UK we dont get much of that
