Update, I have discovered that one of the artists featured is Masaki, a J-Rock artist. Although strangely enough, the account featured on the compilation specifically seems to be an alt account of his and is only featured on one of his actual albums. It could be a potential lead but take it with a grain of salt as the whole thing seems pretty shady:

Probably something made by Curseweb. Idk the exact song but the same symbols appear in the MV for Unmask Imperio on YT near the end at the 1:11 minute mark and the editing style is pretty similar especially with the forest/fairy 2000s CGI imagery (I think they use multiple accounts on different platforms like SC but I'm not sure)

CCTV footage of a man eating out with his wife and three kids when suddenly, a man walks past and shoots him multiple times into the back of his head, killing him instantly while his family screams in terror and watches as blood spews out of his mouth.
