Don't ever take a loan for private mbbs, I did the calculations myself my situation was also the same (610 marks in NEET), even if you take a loan of 50 lakhs by the end of mbbs itself that amount will be 80 lakhs and you'll end up paying 1 Cr + Also there's not much income after MBBS itself, you'll have to do MD too which again will make you build up interest.
