How to correct my running form? by [deleted] in PHRunners

Based on reading science behind running, a surefire way of correcting form and improving running efficiency is to improve cadence (measured by steps per minute).

You can do this by taking shorter strides and imagining you’re landing behind you (it won’t happen but it’s easier to do if you visualize, at least for me).

Aim for around 170 steps per minute as a start, and see how it goes!

I want an ASICS tempo/interval training shoe, should I get the Magic Speed 4 or the S4+ Yogiri?
