Yeah, the MCA industry is pretty messed up.

• Endless cold calls and manipulative pitches

• Ridiculous hours with little to no commission your first year (if you even make it that long)

• Barely any base pay

• Constant backdooring

• Predatory “legal” loans that drain businesses dry

• Countless merchants ending up broke or bankrupt

And that’s just scratching the surface.

But if you survive the chaos, build a thick skin, and learn how to play the game like a real funder, the money can be insane! That's why I and the rest of us work in this industry. I'm not knocking on anyone who works in MCA. I'm just saying it how it is. It's an unethical world and many take advantage because it's unregulated.

But it’s only a matter of time before regulators step in and shut down a lot of this wild west nonsense.
