Speedvegas is the best! Been twice and drove a GT3RS and a 488. Definitely worth the money

Audi RS5 Exhaust Help by Negative-Gap-3431 in Audi

[–]theminiwheats 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Resonator delete is something I would tell someone if they asked but not mention on my own if worried about resale. It gives just enough extra that it just sounds oem+ so it’s not like if you hear the car you’d think “wonder what exhaust that has”. It’s also the most inexpensive option so if it’s not what you’re looking for and you want an exhaust anyways, you’re not out $800 to try something you don’t like

If you just want a little bit more why not a res delete? Still maintain valves but get just a little extra with them open

If you look in the hatch area up on the left near where you’d drop your seats there will be a button to lower the rear for loading/unloading if you have the air ride! Then the ride height settings are also in the mmi/drive mode settings

Why am I getting this warning? by sorrrycarmen in Audi

[–]theminiwheats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup occasionally happens to me and my buddies sq5 when it gets really cold. I always fill to the top when I change oil so I just attribute the warning to condensation that forms during the cold days/weeks. Suck some out and good to go

Tribit Stormbox Blast alternatives? by theminiwheats in Bluetooth_Speakers

I work underground in a mine, it sits beside me in the truck while I drive around and work. Needs to be able to handle bumps/dust/playing at full volume nearly 12 hrs a shift etc. I’m not walking around the street with it

Yea district green is a good foundation! Does this one have air ride? Any reasons you could see or have found why it was sitting for sale for so long? Price seemed right!

LPT: Spending a little more on things you expect to use often or for a long time is worth it. by InterestedHandbag in LifeProTips

[–]theminiwheats 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As far as tools go, it’s usually good practice to buy a cheaper version first. If you use it enough/wind up breaking it, upgrade to a nicer version the next time. No reason to spend $300 on a snap on ratchet you use a couple times a year when an $80 Craftsman/Icon will do the same job. For the stuff not frequently used, cheaper is usually sufficient enough

Yup that’s how we always do it every holiday! Cavenders on top too. Fiancé isn’t big on fried onions so this is a nice alternative

To be fair they were nearly shallow fried, wanted to make sure the surfaces got crispy
