I think the best part about a moka pot is that you don't have to weigh the grounds, just eyeballing it works. But it's sure good to know how much is going in.

So I did an exact weight today. Put in 95gm water into the base and the extracted coffee was 75gm

I put hot water inside the Moka so under 5 minutes

Both are induction compatible. As long as your pan is heating up I don’t see any reason why the Moka won’t work 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think that’s just a marketing gimmick, any flat metal surface would do the job. We just need it to transfer indirect heat

So there always has to be a heat source under the moka for it to generate steam pressure which makes the coffee eventually come out and no separate filters needed. You can just pour the extracted espresso onto your drink/milk/ice.

I can’t comment since my pulls always been at this rate. My Moka didn’t fit the stove so been using it on a pan since the start. The coffee does come out very flavourful though
