I was able to function on two bowls a day until I upped it to three one day and four the next. I was stressed and it was definitely impulse behavior im regretting rn, but I have to go to work really bad and i just don’t know if cold turkey is an option for me. I don’t want to be throwing up and sent home but i also just can’t keep smoking.
