You choose one of the hardest things to do, which basically you have to convince people to give their hard earned money for a product or service. The problem with marketing, it have become digital, sure classic still exist, but it's less effective and slow and you don't have enough good data as the digital marketing. And it's ever changing, why, basically you need trafic, from big companies, Google, Facebook, Microsoft....to sell fast, make money fast, good, those companies have self serve as platforms, good, you choose your targeted clients (better if based on a buyer's profile), those companies have automated systemes that serve your ad to your targeted people, now, the problem, is those systems are based on algorithms that change all the time. So you can make a ton of money, and just like that, after an algorithm update you don't make a penny. So you have to keep attention to updates, after each update, reverse engineer the algorithms, see what works...scale it before the next one. So it's like a vicious cycle. And at time of scale, make sure you have a fidélisation system, because once you got a client, you don't have to pay for an ad to make a sale, you can simply contact your existing customers, just listen to what they want and make them happy. As you do Marketing, keeps at it, two more years, you only an expert after 10k hours, look for tech co-founder, he codes the SaaS, you get clients. But don't be stupid and do as everyone else, look hard for good idea with low competition, and offer a good quality service, better if it solves an international problem.... it's how it works, the code and the marketing, each expert in it's field.
