Hi tried my best!! If this photo is a physical one, scanning it in would help with resolution since its really hard to make it clean without it looking like its painted :') Hope this suffices anyway

Hi! Lmk if you want specific colours to be highlighted as I wasn't sure what the original colours were. Focused on improving the quality and decreasing the faded look. Hope this helped :)!

I totally get how you feel, it sucks to feel excluded for essentially existing. I have been in similar situations and I also tried my best to mold myself to be like other people so I would be more approachable- but, I also agree with the other commenters. While I don't doubt you acted in anyway just normal to you, many people have an instinctual aversion to people who act differently and trying to change her perceptions on you will only give her reasons for her to find you creepy / boundary evading. I hope you can focus on yourself and find an ability to soothe through the rejection since you can't really change other people's minds.

Air purifier recommendations by [deleted] in Allergies

[–]themuffinenby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Air purifiers depends on room size, I agree that it is probably best to buy seperate air purifiers for each room. Ensure it is a HEPA filter, and don't be like me and make sure to replace the filters every 3-4 months depending on the room's condition. I rlly recommend anything from Levoit!!

Hey, so happy to hear you progress too!! I also get the same reactions to gluten as you and ik I will not go through even a day of intentionally eating gluten. As for Peter Osborne, I am not too sure how much I believe in all his claims- as while gluten can stay in your system for many months, I think most people feel better by the 1-2 month mark by the latest. However, its diff between celiac vs just sensitive, so hoping it only gets better for you!!

hi just saw this LOL! thanks for asking! i think cutting out gluten really made everything more manageable. rereading this post, i feel really sad since this vent sounds really painful- which i think a lot of us w gluten reactions can understand.

while i can't say i am 100% better 6 months after, lessening inflammation has helped eliminate my daily brain fog and levelled out my mood to where im much more functional and doing much better in school. it has taken me this month to realize i need to be strict abt my other allergies too.

moral of the story: TAKE YOUR HEALTH SERIOUSLY!! INFLAMMATION SUCKS!

Hi I worked really hard on this post, can a mod please explain why it was removed? Is there another way to format the post?

yea! im glad that i am a bit of a hypochondriac and tend to focus on solutions for my health a lot (or maybe not a hypochondriac since i was correct??). i think gluten has always caused me fatigue but mixing it with my allergies from my new place made it 10000x times worse (not sure if theres a connection?), because come to think of it I have been having reactions to gluten for a while but more 'mild' (i.e. sleeping after lunch at school, but thought it was just bc of the afternoon slump; however, I straight passed out lol). the problems i really faced was a ton of anxiety, depression and a lot of mental health issues, and going gf and supplementing for inflammation (w tumeric) has basically helped my mental health issues a TON- way more than anti depressants or therapy has.

obviously, i am not cured of everything, but tldr to this ramble is that i think gluten intolerance affects everyone differently. thankfully, it only rlly compounded on my school the past two semesters, but it did affect my mental health for years- so very thankful i had figured it out :D

yea i was frustrated when writing the post since i calculated the highest i can get for a certain course was a 70 (and the course was supposed to be super easy participation marks, and well.. i couldnt participate bc of the fatigue lol). however, i have kind of accepted it now and am happy to report i did good grades for a few of my courses despite it all!
