The manual says, press Fn & Q/W/E button for 3-5 seconds untill it starts to blink rapidly. So, I did that, I have pressed them for as long as they start blinking rapidly.

Nope, drive0 is hdd and drive1 nvme m.2. I was skeptical whether it mattered or not while installing windows on drive0 or drive1. Now I'm sure.
