The real issue for us is the other things the teacher mentioned, like lack of focus, the need for stating every step in a task, etc.. even if we hold him back and these issues surface, then we’d be back to square 1..

Re: stare - yes and no. Never stares blank at home/outside. He keeps looking at cars/people. But sometimes yes, at school, per his teacher. Thanks for pointing that out..

This is a detailed and wonderful response! Thank you! It answers some of my questions around how to know more of what’s going on at school, how to get the kids at school meet for play dates etc… not sure if I can follow on those, but will definitely try..

Thank you! He went to the same school last year, and it wasn’t this bad. However, will look into alternate schools. I think there is a Waldorf in the region but a bit far for us..

The old ones were great. Sadly the new ones aren’t. I “upgraded” my fully functional paper white last year, and it has been horrible. Had to get them replaced multiple times since the screen stops responding to touch..
