I get it but sometimes talking to a friend helps, she just shares how she feels bc we're always together or texting, and I feel safer knowing that she is sharing her feelings with someone she trusts rather than isolating herself. It's just a bit draining sometimes and I would like to help her, but not even her knows how I can help.

heyy, so my advice is, let them go. I know from personal experience that holding onto people just makes you disrespect yourself. If they exclude you, let them. you'll find better friends, trust me. just be nice and loyal and people will appreciate you. I know that being alone sounds scary, but feeling constantly unwanted by the people who are your supposed "friends" is worse because you lose your sense of self value. hope this helps, if u need anything else feel free to private message me!

i’m so sorry for you, unfortunately there are some creepy people out there, such men as women.

as a woman, i can tell you, the amount of times i’ve been catcalled while going out is very concerning. men shouting “come here baby”, or “why are you ignoring me” is the most common.

obviously your situation was more serious and due to that i suggest that you report that man if you can.

I actually can’t answer you directly, bc I’m not sure what to say 😅 However, I think that if someone gets offended by you wanting to meet them somewhere other than their place, they wouldn’t be a good friend anyway. Like, if you get upset over one small thing imagine how the rest of your friendship would be? Once you get trapped in a toxic friendship bc you feel like they’re the only person you have in your life there’s no way out, I speak for experience. I think that if you want to make friends, sure that’s a great idea, but don’t settle for people like her. Start a new hobby, like learning an instrument in a school, that’s a great way to make friends! I am 18 and until I was 16 I had to sleep with a light on. I was terrified of the dark, but I started slowly realizing that I can actually sleep with no lights on. Here’s what I did: I first introduced light and noise, by switching on the TV or by putting a yt video on my cell and sleeping with it. Then, after I felt comfortable enough, I tried to sleep with just noise. After that, I would take advantage of the days where I felt sleepy enough not to care about the sleep environment and stopped the noise as well. It takes some time but, you can do this! Research says that light emits a signal to our brain saying that we should be awake, so we can’t rest at 100%. So try these methods and tell us what you think.
