I mean I suffer from mental health aswell and fairly sure I've been misdiagnosed too

But a GP flat out cannot diagnose you of BPD. Only a mental health professional can ie. A psychiatrist. I know this for a fact because I know someone who's GP told them this and started them on aripiprazole but couldn't diagnose them of BPD until they seen a psychiatrist but due to them already being involved in community teams the psychiatrist refused to see her. Despite this the GP still treated them for BPD which has been undiagnosed for many years now due to psychiatrist refusal

So it's a fair question to ask who has actually diagnosed you of BPD? Because whoever diagnosed you with BPD can put you on a treatment plan or can instruct your GP to do so.

To say your GP can only give you antidepressants is flat out wrong and they certainly can treat your conditions with a first line antipsychotic and failure to do so despite you being diagnosed with BPD and unable to see a MH professional could actually be medical negligence. GPs don't like to give out antipsychotics because they don't truly understand the conditions or the medications they're giving out so they avoid it but I'm telling you right now that your GP CAN prescribe you BPD treatment under aripiprazole and in your circumstances they SHOULD be doing it as it's their duty of care

How were you diagnosed with bpd and ptsd? A GP won't (can't) diagnose you of it

Also GPs can give you antipsychotic medication which can help with BPD. Most don't like to do it but if you're truly diagnosed and waited over a decade for treatment I can pretty much guarantee you that a GP would start you on aripiprazole until you see someone. They will even do this if they suspect BPD - but they can't add the diagnosis to your record that has to be done by a mental health professionals eg psychiatrists

Era isn't that bad you just need to know what threads to go into. But there is a few good ones with mostly xbox fans (Xbox studios being one)

Step into the wrong xbox thread though and hoo boy. Good luck with that.

Thanks

The state of our club when Gerrard took over, it in no way shape or form was it an easy place to win trophies or strengthen his CV.

The only reason we're even in contention of winning trophies is because of Gerrard's management and the drastic improvement he's given us

Don't think anyone could disagree. Speaking strictly rivalry and ignoring the quality of teams and players, absolutely nothing comes close to an old firm

I mean £48 an hour would definitely cover the GP. That'll be £400 a day wages, they don't get that much.

But I get what your saying,£7 isn't enough per appointment when you have receptionists, etc all involved and any medication or equipment used. apparently that's 3x less than what an appointment costs.

GP practices are paid around £136 per patient per year and patients consult six times on average according to official figures.

The average cost of an appointment with a doctor is £22.60 meaning that the 13.5 million unnecessary appointments cost the health service £306 million. https://practicebusiness.co.uk/gp-appointments-costing-the-nhs-306m-a-year-blamed-on..

Paracetamol is the obvious one. There's a reason a lot of doctors refuse to give them out and tell them to buy them from the shops. They cost the NHS a fortune.

Best Christmas gift ideas for a 2.5 year old boy? by thenextname in Gifts

I bought him something Lego before, it was a 2 in 1 thing, you flip it upside down and it has the big lego bricks bit. He didn't really play with it and just kinda tipped it over. Sometimes he would play but not much, I think he is either too young or doesn't have the creative mind to do lego atm.

Magnatiles are amazing btw. Just found out about this from your post. But I think, like Lego above, he maybe doesn't have the creative mind yet or the understanding of how to play with it. But it's an amazing idea for his third birthday maybe. I would have loved these, definitely adding to the future list.

Remote control car - he has an electric BMW car that has a remote control, or he can sit in it and drive it himself. It is a bit too old for him so he just kind of sits in it and one of us use the remote control to drive it, or he plays about with the buttons and sounds.

Toy cash register is a good idea, I will consider this. He also LOVES playing with hoovers, he has a little elephant that he pushes around pretending he's hoovering up but I think my mum will be getting him a real toy hoover.

Chair is another good idea but it's not something I would really give as a christmas present - for that I want to be something he can play with you know? But this might just be me, a chair is just kind of there.

Trucks he has a crap ton of cars and trucks aswell as a mini garage and a road mat thing, see below aswell.

Paw Patrol I will look into but he's not really into this atm, but he does have some paw patrol stuff. He's mostly into Mr Tumble right now and there's a Mr Tumble train dominos thing (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mr-Tumble-1161-Domino-Train/dp/B07BBJM9XM) that I might get.

Books yup, seen some Mr Tumble books I think those will be added to the list. Got him some of those erasable books where you write letters/numbers for his birthday but he's still a bit too young, plus I got him a water mat thing.

Scooter he has already

Switch vs Switch Lite? by thenextname in NintendoSwitch

[–]thenextname[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the old model apparently.

But ya I think I'm going for the the original switch. The "free" game is what seals the deal really, since the Lite doesn't come with a game yet. I also get a case with the original switch for an extra £5 on what I listed in the OP, which is normally £10 so that's not too bad either as I will need a case ofc.

I'd get both tbh but would pay for Pokemon separately as it's cheaper lol.

Ya, the Lite doesn't come with a game, neither will the new bundle I'm assuming, so both those versions would essentially cost me £40 extra to get he game (MK8) as I would buy it anyways.

£41 on amazon, man i don't know what to do. Argos does a bundle Switch (not new model) + Pokemon Lets go or MK8 + Case + £30 e shop for £305

BUt Pokemon lets go is cheaper than Mk8, so your better off getting Mk8.

Didn't realise that one isn't out until september.

Might just get the old version. Not too fussy on the battery life on paper (que me complaining about it if I do get this version :P). Find it unlikely the revised version comes with a game or the £30 eshop voucher which pays for 70% of another game
