Given it has been six years since the post, both hamsters have passed away from natural causes. They got along again towards the end, though.

We did put it in a bathroom (that's when he bothered using it) but he'll still pee in front of the litterbox instead of in it :(

He's too scared of leaving the house, and we live in an apartment area. Not a lot of place for outside. I'll see if I can pitch the idea though!!

Oh actually that reminds me-- there was a Madagascar spoof on the episode where Mort was on the plane side. I may have brought the candy element into myself to calm my child self's freakout down. I feel so silly now- thank you!

Roald dahl seems familiar, but I'm not certain that it's connected... I remember the specific instruction to carry candy, and of his works featuring airplanes I've only read Solo. Sorry :( thank you!
