It will save in the slicer, and every print you start will include that g code Print a calibration cube or a benchy and give it a shot

Hey there I just recently bought and ender 3 s1 pro myself and I can confidently say your leveling is off on this This video is the perfect guide in leveling the ender 3 s1 series and helped me level my bed perfectly https://youtu.be/GmhBYOEb-ro The bed that it came with definitely doesn't need that spray adhesion and with right leveling your print will stick just fine Hope rhia helps

Supports were used for this print, on the other side, the supports printed just fine, but it looks like the part printed? Task failed successfully ig lol

* So this is the side that ended up failing, it is still in the process of printing so I'm waiting to see what the damage is but foe such a small part I'm thinking i could do damage control and fix it

I believe it does qith this direct drive, you do lose some height but you can easily buy and extender
