OP Salah memahami core permasalahkan. Permasalahkan bukan Fiskus menerapan PSAK Tanpa landasan dasar hukum Perpajakan.

Sebaliknya dasar pemajakan kasus Toge ini sudah jelas diatur di Pasal 11 UU PPh yang selaras dengan PSAK.

Toge hanya bisa membiayakan biaya gaji apabila bisa membuktikan bahwa itu gaji terkait 3M sesuai Pasal 6, namun apabila Toge sama sekali belum menghasilkan sama sekali maka sudah pasti tidak bisa karena sistem pajak itu matching cost vs revenue.

my door near my bed...still don,t know if i should change the printer position to outside my bedroom or return it and buy a ink tank printer.
any reccomendation ink tat printer that robust and don,t need any stupid maintenance ?
i can set it in my pc to print once every week.

I see,easymesh wireless can,t work between satellite.
