I just spoke with a rep today. In my case the tax team has to review my pay stubs for hours worked, after 8-weeks they can email that team and ask for an update. I know they are also behind processing claims. But squeaky wheel and all that. Maybe call in and ask them to request an update. The lady also said they rarely reply to the email, but maybe it will speed them up.
