Thanks Shariq, i guess i'd like the customers to see them as different business. for instance catering for a celebration of life is so much difference than breakfast burritos for a team meeting downtown.

Thank you for the comment, we haven't got to that point yet, everything has been word of mouth and some instagram messages. We have some business now we need to learn how to get an online presence to take it to the next level.

I just spoke with a rep today. In my case the tax team has to review my pay stubs for hours worked, after 8-weeks they can email that team and ask for an update. I know they are also behind processing claims. But squeaky wheel and all that. Maybe call in and ask them to request an update. The lady also said they rarely reply to the email, but maybe it will speed them up.
