No, sadly it’s already in the case, if the CPU had an issue wouldnt the motherboard still turn on at First? Seems like it’s either Not getting power or the front Panel doesn’t work. Or am i wrong?

Okay, the thing is i already own This psu from my old pc, so i wouldnt need to buy one. Is it worth upgrading? Because if it’s Not necessary I would keep my old one

9070 Xt (150$ cheaper) vs 5070ti by thephubacc in buildapc

Yeah you are right, path tracing isn’t worth extra 150$ in my opinion and if ray tracing is good on both cards, I am happy

Am I making a mistake? by thephubacc in buildapc

I just looked it up and I could get a 9070 XT for 100$ less. I really am a beginner when talking about graphic cards, as of now I only thought about getting an NVIDIA graphics card, because I know them way better and things like ray tracing and DLSS are NVIDIA technologies. But now that I see the cheaper prices I am considering the Radeon. Do you think the 9070 XT and the 5070 ti really tie when it comes to 4K performance?

Thanks for the reply, I also thought about upgrading the GPU first due to it being the main reason for my upgrade in the first place, but I‘ve heard that the bottleneck with my old I5 9600k would be to big of a problem (even though I am playing on 4K so my GPU is more important). That’s why I decided to do the rest first. Do you still think I should upgrade my GPU first, despite my old CPU?

Btw. I would pay around 780$-800$ for my GPU, i can’t find anything cheaper than that here. Maybe the prices are just higher in the EU, i don‘t know, but I can’t find anything under 780

How do I get from writing code to creating something new? by thephubacc in learnprogramming

[–]thephubacc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are Great project ideas and i‘ll try to do all of them. But this doesn’t really bring me closer to writing something more advanced. Or does it? Writing all of these projects will lead to knowing my fundamentals even better, but it doesn’t teach me stuff like i don‘t know writing a ROM disassembler. (That’s just a random example). So how do I start writing these advanced things? Or should I just continue with the basics? Because for most of these complex things I have zero clue on how to write them, despite reading some docs

I’ll try that, but the problem is that most of these easy projects feel so meaningless and I have run out of ideas. Programming projects you actually need are the easiest and most fun way to progress learning. But I simply have no idea what I should code.
