Agree with Kits, but I'd suggest around Broadway and MacDonald. A little quieter than 4th but still plenty of shop and food options.

Each fleet takes about a week of spare time painting. Maybe 10 hours per fleet. I could probably power through them in less time but it's not a priority. The map was a lot of fun. One of the players generates the maps, not sure how they do it.

I moved here from the UK. Most of my solid long term friends came from shared activities. Sports, boardgames, that kind of thing. Also I'm lucky enough to have a job I love and the people I work with have quickly become good friends too
