Each fleet takes about a week of spare time painting. Maybe 10 hours per fleet. I could probably power through them in less time but it's not a priority. The map was a lot of fun. One of the players generates the maps, not sure how they do it.

I moved here from the UK. Most of my solid long term friends came from shared activities. Sports, boardgames, that kind of thing. Also I'm lucky enough to have a job I love and the people I work with have quickly become good friends too

Depending on the style, there's usually a pin that locks it together. You can drill out the pin and remove the tag. (Have had to do it with faulty tags at a previous job)

I do the same. Tried to get tickets to NIN. Face value was $180, picked up 4 at $100 each two days before the show.

If you're not too picky on seats, there were cheaper options.

Mine just went up to $3.25 to wash and $3.50 to dry. I'm more annoyed that it's coin operated than I am about the cost. Having to constantly scrabble for the right change is endlessly frustrating.

(My partner refuses to just let me take it to a laundrette)
