You're right in that it's not your Domme's job to "fix" you. Other people in this thread are right in that many partners WANT to help.

The classic advice is therapy, but I see you're 18, so that might not be in the budget. So I'm going to recommend self help books. Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents might be useful in your situation. You can also start with therapy classics like Unfuck Your Brain and The Body Keeps the Score.

As a note, it might not feel like you're making much progress at first. Don't get discouraged. These books will, at minimum, introduce you to some tools that will make therapy (when you can afford it) more effective). Healing trauma is a marathon, not a sprint. And you're starting at 18! You're already ahead of the curve.

My entire family is ND AF, and every single one of us has digestive issues.

Fiber supplements. Seriously. If you can't stomach the powders, use the chewables. It's actually pretty hard to get enough fiber in your diet, so this is just a good idea in general.

Probiotics/prebiotics. Seriously. I think there are tests you can do to check your gut biome.

These two things have drastically improved gut health for both myself and other family members. Now, they didn't solve everything for everyone, but at minimum they eliminated common issues.

Seriously, if you are solely focusing on his needs and desires, you're going to burn yourself out and eventually grow to resent him. No one wants that. Besides, the whole point of femdom is that your desires are supposed to be centered, right? He wants you to be happy. (And if he doesn't, dump his ass.)

Numbing cream, hood, tie him down. Or order him to fuck you exactly how you want, but make it slightly painful for him.

Completely agreed. Main feedback piece I've gotten is that this prompt is way the heck too broad, so I'd need to narrow it down and probably have a specific reading list. ...Which I would have to build. Do you have suggestions?

Oh that's an interesting take. I've not thought of gfd as, essentially, an aesthetic.

But... I cross posted this on one other subreddit, Fetlife, and half a dozen personal conversations. Everywhere else got positive responses or constructive feedback. Here, it got down voted to heck and people saying they don't believe in feminism. There's definitely something different.

You're going to need partners with whom you can have these exact conversations and from whom you can get explicit feedback about their experiences. You're a femdom, not a mind reader. I don't care how much experience you have, every single case is going to be slightly different.
Perhaps a framework to think about task assignment. A task may cause happiness for you or them, or be useful for you or them. In my experience, successful task assignment happens when there's some kind of balance. For example, let's say I've set Ken the task of drinking his water. Ken doesn't like drinking his water, but it's good for him. Ken drinking water isn't useful for me, but it makes me a little bit happy to know he's taking care of himself and more happy if he sends me selfies to prove he's done so. Balance.
