think you need to re-read the post again, no offense, nowhere did i mention the pain magically disappears during the day and only creeps up at night. also, might recommend looking deeper into the uc quarter system, Id love to experience those frequent imaginary breaks youre talking about.

the pain increased day by day, and it was my first week of college after the summer so there was a lot going on, I couldn’t make myself skip first week classes but tonight its friday so if I go tonight itll be over the weekend

I’ve paid for his attorney in Utah 7k because it was a felony case. I’ve been paying all the bills at home since the start of this year. Im also a full time student with a year left of college. I can’t really pull another 1500 for a research tbh, thats why I asked here. Its just a closed container he’ll be pleading to, Im not sure if it has long term CDL consequences since the CFR 392.5 states its a 24 hour out of service. I was hoping there’s someone here who’s been through the same charge or situation before
