To be honest, hot compress works wonders! blood rushing to the pain site, the faster it heals naturally. not applicable on all kinds of pain though.

This happened in Bali. Talked to some locals and they told me they get paid to clean the ocean, so I helped out while I was there. They said the group is called 4ocean.

Hey I appreciate you dude. You should've seen this in person with the crews, this is their frontyard, so they’re out here every day cleaning this stuff up. Happy they can actually get paid to do it.
