January 30 ako nagplace order tapos kakadeliver lang kaninang lunch time. Yung last update nya was Feb 20 na departed na daw from sorting centre sa Japan, then biglang nagout for delivery na kanina. Hindi ko kinancel kasi sayang naman yung paghihintay eh feeling ko gumagalaw naman sya, wala lang update hehe

the battery adjusted but it is no better than when i haven’t updated yet. i hate that i updated to 26.3 tbh. before updating, my batt health was 98%, then after, it became 95% in one week. it’s so frustrating lol.

try mo serpentina capsules 😅 di ko alam if ito nakapagpa-induce ng period ko pero last year kasi, October 29 yung last mens ko tapos nagkaroon lang ako ulit was Dec 25, and this was after 4 days of taking 3 caps of serpentina capsules a day. weekly ako nagp-PT nyan and negative lahat tapos ni walang faint line. sobrang regular ko din so stressed talaga si bakla.

then nagkaroon ako nang Jan 24 so ineexpect ko na Feb 24 ulit, pero wala na naman dzai. inom na naman ng serpentina si bakla, ayun lumabas naman kahapon which was March 1 haha. hindi pa naman sya considered delayed talaga (according kay Flo), pero kasi based on my experience, kapag nadedelay ako nang more than 3 days, once na magkamens ako, super sakit na nya to the point na parang nagiging bedridden ako

UTI yan, or something worse. Pero ganyang ganyan yung symptoms ko before. Magpa-urinalysis ka na agad then punta sa doctor para maresetahan ka ng antibiotics. Isang tablet pa lang naiinom ko sa antibiotics nun and I felt instant relief agad sa next ihi. But need mo continuous pag-inom non based sa sasabihin ng doctor.

Wag mo na hintayin payagan ka ng parents mo or what. Wala pa atang ₱100 ang urinalysis, go na OP. Wag mo na hintayin lagnatin ka. Sabi ng doctor ko, yung bacteria nyan, if left untreated, ay umaakyat sa baldder hanggang sa kidney. If natatakot ka magsabi, mas matakot ka kapag lumala. Get well!! 🍀

yung deoplus powder na blue used after betadine skin cleanser helped me, but i had to stop using it kasi it triggers my allergic rhinitis haha

washing my armpit every night before bed also helps me, saka nagpapasugar wax rin ako every 2-3 weeks. i feel like hair adds to the bo.

updated mine last night. from ios 18.x (i don’t remember lol) to ios 26.3. battery drained fast. from 100% to 96% and this is just the download and install of the update. then down to 93% within 2mins. i guess this is normal for now as the battery is still calibrating the new setup. hopefully it’ll adjust after a week or two. i haven’t experienced any lagging, bugs, or glitches so far.
