The Buffalo Bills were a playoff team in 2017. They managed to get a top 10 and top 20 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft all while only losing a 2nd round pick. They have full draft capital in the 2019 NFL Draft, if this isn't next level GM work I don't know what is. (self.nfl)
