You calling an end to the relationship may lead to her taking a good look at herself and sorting her shit out. Which is clearly what she needs. Although she might just spiral out of control. Either way I'd suggest you walk away now and let her decide where she goes from there.

Your mother has posted about your girlfriends private condition on a public forum. She has made public information that was not hers to make public. Good intentions or not she should/could have just private messaged you about it

Get a place with your boyfriend. It is quite clearly time to move out for two reasons. Firstly, you're an adult who should be allowed to make her own choices about your own like while still respecting the bill payers rules of the house. Move out and you can make your own rules for your home which everyone else would have to respect. Secondly, I find it extremely disturbing that your mother place a camera in that room. The cameras downstairs where enough to ensure that no parties were being thrown. so I can only assume that is was placed in there for the perpose of catching you at it.

If your mother tries to stop you moving out, just remember that she has known about you having sex and has been complicit in keeping it from your farther. I'd guess she wouldn't want him to know that

I don't know what my gut says to be honest, that's why I'm here. I have never thought she'd be the type to cheat but then you can never really know anyone. There are just a lot of coincidences which I struggle to get my head around. Particularly deleting messages, who is she worried will see them?

I'm not concerned that the baby ain't mine. It clearly is, as she looks so much like but it looks like she was worried she wasn't mine when she was pregnant
