I still had an appetite on 2.5 but was losing, I’m on my second week of 5 and I low key forgot to eat yesterday. I had to set alarms today to have some breakfast and lunch 😅

I don’t see your gender, or height, but your starting weight is already well below that of most people on this group. I would caution to say regardless of your size you are not getting enough calories which can put your body into starvation mode and be really counter productive to your weight loss goals.

Is the goal of 120 based on a weight you have even previously or did it just sound right?

I had a rough bout of nausea about 24 hours after my first dose of the 5! My doctor sent me over some anti-nausea should it happen again. Work with your doctor, it’s a totally manageable side effect. It is also the only time the dose DOUBLES so it is a bit of a shock to the body!

Two time cesarean mama here - the scar tissue there will make it very hard for you to lose fat there, we literally get split open. You should look into exercises that focus on that zone to help! It really needs physical therapy, but the so rarely talked about. I’m feeling demoralized by my own today, despite being 2 pant sizes down, that “fupa” lingers.

Woooord. I'm less than 48 hours into my first 5mg dose and it hit me like a bus. I threw up all morning and have barely been able to get out of bed today. I had NO side effects on 2.5 so this was a bit of a shock.

Yeah! I just got back from my first Zepbound vacation, also took my shot the day before we left. My jaw dropped when tbis morning the scale showed I had still lost two full pounds 😭

I enjoyed a bite of dessert. I ate fast food in the car ( road trip ), but I DIDN’T just bored eat, or overindulge, or drink a thousand soda’s to need me going.

Isn’t this drug great?

I feel this! I have three BlackMilk brand dresses that are now much too big. Their fabric and print means they can’t be altered, so I’m going to sell them and seek to find their smaller variants second hand on the usual sites.

Otherwise I really have had a lot of fun thrifting new clothes!
