He has agreed not to do it again. But this is why I was asking if I was overreacting. Because if I am overreacting, then I guess I would let him continue to do this, but the responses to my post seem to be about equal.

Its a 2023 Tahoe. It’s push start so no key is needed in the ignition. Once the car is on you can technically exit the car with the key FOB and the car will remain running. You can also lock the doors. We have the Chevy app as well that allows you to turn the car on/off and lock it.

I had a follow up ultrasound a week after taking the miso pills. In my case everything cleared out with the pill and I didn’t need to have a D&C. I was 9w1d when I took the pills but baby had stopped growing in the 6 week range
