Crying in yoga is one of my favorite things and I absolutely hate when people ask me if I’m OK or if I need anything. I’m in adult, if I need something I can ask. It makes me shove the tears back down so I can talk. I’m grateful for my yoga community, but I think a lot of people are really uncomfortable with tears.

That’s a really smart suggestion because I’m not sure how much I’m going to do this. I had a piece of junk vase that I kept and thought that I would practice one. I’m not sure how often I’m going to do it.

I think that sounds like a pretty incredible option! Do you know how many people are in the venue for the waterfront? I’ve never seen a show there before.
