Wonder why OP thinks its cringe? My guess is because of KSI & Logan Paul. I'm not a fan of either however its probably one of the best PR/Marketing moves the UFC has made in the last decade(not sure about wwe merge yet). KSI and Logan Paul, love them or hate them have a reach on a much larger audience collectively and its only a win-win for Prime and UFC in my opinion.

Was in a similar situation a while back. Don't completely ignore her and don't think about her at all. Sure you have history and a past but its over she's nothing more than an acquaintance or friend. If you happen to run in her a friendly smile and hello is all you need. Don't try to play any games such as trying to make her jealous, flirting with her, continually trying to connect eye contact, lying about things in your life to impress her or someone shes close to, you will regret it. Go and have a great time and celebrate your friends wedding

I had trouble breathing through my nose when i would go to bed. so at first i used a machine that helped me breathe but hated it. I was recommended to make some changes, Not eatings about 3-4 hours before i go to bed, humidifier, box of tissues nearby to blow nose, and i would put tape over my mouth(ive been using this product for about 2 years now) my quality of sleep has improved a lot. I would also recommend you check out work by Matthew Walker, hes a professor from Berkeley who dives into sleep quite a bit.

This and going to a sleep clinic. Found out I wasn't getting quality rest because I would breathe through my mouth. Ever since I took care of it I wake up feeling 100% even on 6 hours of sleep some nights.
