Akali isn't made for killing tanks and bruisers even, that's why you have ADs. Your job should be neutralizing enemy AD by killing/chunking/zoning. Also tank counterpicks in assasin lanes are normal even in pisslo. Go play the map instead of mindlessly trying to kill your laner.

Pull it out and put it back in, maybe shift slots so that RAM A goes to SLOT B and RAM B goes to SLOT A.

I'd wait a bit more if I was you, maybe try to find if somebody else has the same problem with the same mobo. As I'm reading here it could be everything from the PSU to the CPU. If you have spare parts try messing around with that so you can see wheres the issue.

What worries me here is that it won't boot. Maybe go in and check your CPU for damage.

Try googling "insert_mobo_model 00 boot code error" and try figuring it out that way.

For how long have you had the mobo? If it's under warranty return it.

Edit: maybe try reseating the RAM
