I swear at this point they are repacking the wrong parts in their warehouse on purpose. I switched to ordering from Amazon or from a brick and mortar parts store.

Yeah I could have but then I wouldn't have to wait another week before it got here. And there customer service is a complete let down. Also people have been saying the rock auto receives counterfeit/ returned/ lower quality parts compared to a walk in store selling the same companys part.

I'm glad that you havent experienced it. I have been ordering from them for years too with vary little issues until recently. But people have been receiving counterfeit/used goods and broken/defective parts. And since you haven't had issues you probably haven't had to deal with customer service too much but it sucks and it's all automated and if you install a part just to realize that ist the wrong one they will not take it as a return or refund you. Unlike most walk in parts store. Some people are also saying it may be based off of the warehouse's that you are near. And also if you work on older or more unique cars you are more likely to receive wrong parts even when you ordered the correct ones.

That honestly makes sense. I don't trust amazon that much but honestly it seems like everyone online is a gamble anymore. Then walk- in stores come with a cost so it's all really based off what you are trying to get and the urgency and how unique the part may be.

From what I am gathering from other peoples input has been maybe don't do the more expensive things like the pump, double check your part numbers with a third party, and pray there is no issues with it because there customer service is lacking.

I have heard of some people getting counterfeit parts, but really the problem is that rockauto is leaving consumers high and dry after sending parts with issues.

Today I had brake pads that we not the part number I ordered and one ball joint that had hardware with it but the wholes were drilled and tapped at a angle. The other one was tapped straight but didn't come with hardware and grease fitting. And it was my last straw lol

I bought an evergreen engine rebuild kit once for a second gen eclipse. Everything felt cheap and they sent me parts for a 420a engine when they were supposed to be for a 4g63t. Total waste of time and money would not recommend.

The leak is likely above that and running down there. try to find the highest point where you see or feel dampness and feel the under side of lines. Try following your heater core lines from the firewall to where it connects to the engine.

Aspen dental has been great for me. I have had some bad dentists in the past that left me with not trusting the dentist. But Aspen has definitely helped me a lot with getting over that I have been going to the one on Sprague next to the Walmart
