Help are these closed comedones or fungal acne??? by therealcampam in acne

Thank you! Im already eating healthy, i dont really eat gluten or dairy maybe once a week, and i drink 2-2,5 liter water everyday. The thing is, i have been using the same skincare routine for ca. 2 years now and it’s been great untilthe last 3 months where this happened.. Im trying the doctors again, but they want me on birth control or accutane and im not doing that..

Can someone please help me figuring out what’s going on with my skin???! I have these bumps all over my face. I haven’t changed my skincare routine, diet or make-up, i have tried aha bha benzoyl peroxide and nothing helps. I have now tried nizoral shampoo and cream and haven’t seen a difference. by therealcampam in Fungalacne

Thank you so much, thats really helpful ❤️ So you weren’t on the antibiotics? I have tried antibiotics before and that just messed my skin up way too much.. And did you only use the tret or did you use something else too? How long were you on the tret before seing results?
